Please note: per Texas Government Code Section 2062.003, which took effect on 06/20/2025, state agencies are prohibited from providing certain personal identifying information regarding licensees. To comply with this law, we must temporarily remove licensees’ contact information from the public search system, and staff will be unable to provide or confirm contact information for our licensees.
